We work with B2B service providers to develop, produce and distribute branded podcasts to showcase their thought leadership.
Our focus isn’t just creating great sounding audio. We sit across the entire lifecycle of a show - from audience research to premise development to distribution strategy.
In the last 6 months we've grown our revenue by 120% and are looking to add new members to the team to support the onboarding of three new clients in Q1 2024.
We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our team. This is a pivotal role that's required to ensure the smooth delivery of client projects and ultimately the smooth operation of our business.
Job responsibilities
- Take charge of the day-to-day management of various client projects, including planning tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Managing risks associated with projects.
- Ensuring quality standards are met consistently.
- Motivating and leading the project team.
- Keeping projects on track regarding time and budget.
- Adapting to project changes as required.
- Ensuring project outcomes align with expected results and benefits.
Job requirements
- Proven experience in operations management in a marketing agency environment is essential.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with the podcasting industry is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality.
